Adi Works ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Astra web application ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

We may collect:

  • Name, email address, username/handle
  • Account credentials and authentication details
  • Connected social account identifiers
  • Audience and engagement metrics
  • Messages and communications metadata (where authorized)
  • Brand deal information, including rates, negotiations, and communications
  • Billing and subscription information
  • Any other information you submit through the Service

    • 1.2 Information Collected Automatically

    We may collect:

  • IP address, device and browser data
  • Usage logs, timestamps, interaction events
  • Session and diagnostic data

    • 1.3 Cookies and Analytics

    We may use cookies and similar technologies. Analytics tools may be introduced in the future.

    2. Connected Third-Party Accounts

    Astra allows you to connect third-party platforms including Meta platforms (Instagram), TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, Twitch, and Kick.

    2.1 Authorization

    Access occurs only with your explicit consent via official authorization methods such as OAuth. We do not access accounts without authorization.

    2.2 Scope of Access

    Depending on permissions granted and platform approval, Astra may:

  • Read profile information and metrics
  • Read messages and communications metadata
  • Draft posts or responses for user approval
  • Reply to comments or messages on behalf of the user where explicitly enabled

    • Astra does not publish content or send messages without user authorization.

    2.3 Use of Platform Data

    Platform data is used solely to:

  • Provide insights and analytics to the user
  • Enable creator tools and requested features
  • Facilitate creator-brand discovery
  • Generate aggregated and anonymized benchmarks

    • We do not sell platform data, use it for ad targeting, or share access credentials.


    Creator-authorized summaries derived from metrics may be shown to brands for evaluating potential collaborations.

    2.4 Revocation and Security

    Users may revoke access at any time. Upon revocation:

  • All data access stops immediately
  • OAuth tokens and secret keys are deleted
  • Tokens are encrypted at rest while retained

    • Limited logs may be retained for security and legal purposes.

    3. AI and Automated Processing

    Astra uses automated systems to generate insights and recommendations. Outputs are informational only.


    Third-party platform data is not used to train identifiable general-purpose AI models. Aggregated and anonymized data may be used for benchmarking.

    4. Data Sharing

    We do not sell personal information.


    We may share data with service providers, for legal compliance, or during corporate transactions.

    5. Data Retention

    Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described, subject to legal requirements.

    6. User Rights

    Depending on location, users may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of data processing by contacting aadiwrks@gmail.com.

    7. Data Deletion

    Astra provides multiple ways to request deletion of your personal data, including data obtained from connected third-party platforms.

    7.1 How to Request Deletion

    You may request deletion of your data at any time by:

  • Disconnecting a connected account from your Astra dashboard under Settings
  • Deleting your Astra account entirely from Settings
  • Emailing aadiwrks@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and including the email address associated with your account

    • 7.2 What Gets Deleted

    Upon a valid deletion request, we will delete:

  • Your Astra account and profile information
  • All connected account data, including OAuth tokens, access credentials, and platform user identifiers
  • Stored analytics, metrics, and content metadata
  • Comments, messages, and deal data associated with your account
  • Any files or attachments you uploaded

    • Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

    7.3 Timeframe

    We will process deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. In most cases, data is removed within a few business days.

    7.4 Retained Data

    After deletion, we may retain limited data where required by law, for fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes. Any retained data is anonymized or minimized to the extent possible and is not used for any other purpose.

    7.5 Third-Party Platforms

    Deleting your data from Astra does not delete data held by third-party platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube). To delete data from those platforms, refer to their respective privacy settings and policies.

    8. Children

    Astra is intended for users aged 13 and older.

    9. Security

    We use reasonable safeguards to protect data, though no system is completely secure.

    10. International Transfers

    Data may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions.

    11. Google API Limited Use

    Astra's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

    12. Changes

    We may update this Privacy Policy. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
